The Challenge

Rare was hired to help shape the market-facing activities of Watts UK, which is the marketing, sales and distribution arm for all Watts Industries products in UK and Ireland.

This project formed part of a global alignment of product brands and an objective to increase sales in the local market.

The Strategy

The first objective was to organise the existing product brands in line with global brand directives and to create a suite of marketing literature and tools for us by the sales team and in marketing communications campaigns. This foundation was then used to begin the task of building the Watts brand in the UK market.

The existing website content was completely updated to create a structured information resource, with detailed landing pages to showcase key products and services.

Once these platforms were in place, we could then create awareness campaigns, promote new product releases, add individually designed promotional web pages, email campaigns and PR.

The Result

With the building blocks successfully created, the market awareness activities are now being ramped up, with promising early signs of positive market feedback.
