Challenged with bringing together a range of contemporary products and launch them to homeowners, Rare created a complete new brand image and integrated campaign that would target consumers in the self build and renovation markets. Traditionally quite technical products aimed at B2B, the messaging and format needed to be rewritten to convey technical aspects of the products, but in a simplified format.
Rare developed a modern and clean suite of creative elements, representing each product area to create a future eco-home feel. The website, literature and exhibition stand all work perfectly together, allowing customers to easily choose which product is right for them. The stand is designed to invite visitors to interact and talk to staff about the products which are actually displayed on the stand.
The response to the stand at the launch show of Home Building and Renovating in 2012 was phenomenal with even competitors complimenting Polypipe staff on its impact. A wider promotional campaign is also in motion utilising on/offline and social media, PR and direct marketing. The campaign’s outreach has already hit over 4million consumers.
Future plans are already in place to expand the website to enhance the customer experience using selection tools and find an installer features.
