At Rare Creative Group we prefer to work with our clients in a highly interactive manner. We also have an ethos of creating open, transparent client relationships based on mutual trust and no surprises.
Whether you engage Rare for a single project or a long-term commitment we rarely work on a retainer basis, preferring to provide detailed quotations for each project or work phase. We will create and agree budgets and stick to them. Only if the scope of work changes, and affects the costs, will we discuss amending the quotes with you, and always before we commence any further work.
Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who will manage all projects to ensure delivery is on time, on brand and on budget. Where appropriate we will use our strategic planning tool, which we call The Generator. This tool is our roadmap to guide our thinking, deliver campaigns are strategically led, and ensure that the creative concepts are fully aligned with the campaign direction.
